Treat people with kindness. Treat them better than they deserve.
I wish everyone would do this. I even wish I were better at it. We're all human, prone to emotions and mistakes, but we need to remember to be kind.
Go out of your way to help someone, and do it with a smile.
Say you're sorry, even if you think you did no wrong. Just be the bigger person -- if anything, you can be sorry that it happened.
Own up to your mistakes. Admit to them and do your best to fix them. Never shove them onto someone else.
Every day, compliment someone. It can be anything -- about their hair, their clothes, their smile, their dog, how quickly they work, how thankful you are to have them in your life, how much you wish you could spend more time with them, etc.
Don't lose your temper and act impulsively. You might say something you'll end up regretting.
Smile and laugh often. You'll feel better.
